1. Information we collect

When you contact us or order a service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, service requirements, order information, communication details and necessary transaction references. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data, such as IP address, browser information and security logs. Please share only information necessary for the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested services, communicate with customers, process orders, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and maintain necessary records. Enquiry details are used to respond to the request; submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

3. Payment data

ASFORNOW does not request or store customers' UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, banking passwords or similar authentication credentials. Do not share OTPs with us. If payment processing is later provided through a third-party payment provider, payment information may be processed according to that provider’s policies. No payment-provider integration is represented on this website.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website’s application code does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies and does not save enquiry text to browser storage. The hosting service may use essential technologies for delivery, access control or security. If additional cookies or analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated and any required choices will be provided.

5. Third-party services

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) processes enquiry form details, including your name, email, optional phone number, selected service and message, and forwards them to our support email hosted by Zoho Mail. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. FormSubmit may present a spam-verification step. Hosting, communication and digital delivery services may also process the information needed to perform their functions. We do not sell customer personal information. If a third-party payment service is introduced, its own privacy terms will apply to its payment processing. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.

6. Data security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, including limiting access to necessary service and support purposes. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not include sensitive credentials in messages or files.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle enquiries, deliver services, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised where feasible.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires it; withdrawal may affect our ability to provide a requested service.

9. Minors

A parent or guardian should arrange enquiries and paid services for a minor. Please do not submit unnecessary personal information about a child. Contact us if you believe a child has shared information without appropriate permission.
